You can boost them naturally through simple self-care habits.
Supported fear has been used as entertainment for years, people love to come into a haunted house or watch a scary movie. Some people find it difficult to open up for a variety of reasons. When they gain a sense of confidence and control it can allow for therapeutic experiences that they carry with them. Using supported fear as a tool to express oneself is evolving into something new.
